Join our 10-week Anxiety Treatment Program designed to help you manage stress, break negative thought patterns, and build lasting resilience. With expert-led CBT & Mindfulness-Based Therapy, available in-person or via telehealth, you’ll gain the tools needed to navigate anxiety with confidence.
Our 10-week Anxiety Treatment Program is designed to provide individuals with the tools and strategies necessary to manage and overcome anxiety. Using evidence-based treatment approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), we offer a structured, supportive environment that fosters healing and resilience. This program is available both in-person and via telehealth therapy, ensuring accessibility and flexibility for our clients.
Each session lasts 90 minutes per week, offering a comprehensive approach to tackling anxiety symptoms. Additionally, our program includes five optional family involvement sessions, providing loved ones with the education and support they need to help their family member on their journey to wellness.







Participants will engage in a well-structured plan focusing on building coping skills, addressing negative thought patterns, and learning practical strategies to manage daily anxiety. Our goal is to help individuals gain confidence, regain control, and improve their overall quality of life. The program will include a blend of interactive group discussions, personalized exercises, and relaxation techniques tailored to individual needs.
• Utilizing evidence-based cognitive restructuring techniques to identify and challenge negative thought patterns that contribute to anxiety.
• Learning how to break the cycle of avoidance and build healthier coping mechanisms.
Teaching mindfulness meditation and breathing techniques to enhance present-moment awareness and reduce anxiety triggers.
• Developing skills to respond to stress in a calm, thoughtful manner rather than reacting impulsively.
Understanding the physiological and psychological aspects of anxiety, including the fight-or-flight response.
• Providing educational resources and strategies for symptom management.
• Incorporating guided imagery, progressive muscle relaxation, and deep breathing exercises to promote emotional regulation and stress relief.
• Helping individuals stay grounded during moments of high anxiety.
• Gradual exposure to anxiety-provoking situations in a safe and supportive environment to reduce avoidance behaviors.
• Building resilience through step-by-step exposure exercises.
• Engaging family members in psychoeducational sessions to foster better communication and support systems at home.
• Equipping families with tools to help their loved ones navigate anxiety-related challenges effectively.
Our 10-session Anger Management Program is carefully designed to help you feel heard, develop practical tools for managing your emotions, and gain the support you need to live with greater freedom and control—both now and in the future.
